A LOT CAN HAPPEN OVER A SIGHT ! 

 

#Event ! The word itself means a lot , it covers whole lot of #life in it . You name the #function it will be called as #event . What happens behind the scene when you see a beautiful picture on camera & font stage ?  

 

Can anyone imagine a restless & sleepless nights ? 

A huge handwork right from lifting heavy chandeliers to a delegate cushion sofa ?

Making / changing rooming list at the last moment ? 

Giving reminders for vendors working late night ? 

Managing Team reaching on time !

Making sure the guest has sufficient sleep ! 

Even working late night or almost throughout night still you need to be with smiling face ? 

Have anyone seen or lived this life ? 

 

#Weddings , #Events , #Conferences , #roadshows , #liveinconcerts , #award #ceremonies , even a small household event needs this efforts ! But who cares ? 

 

Many of us tried to put in in auto pilot mode , but the event needs a human touch , an #emotional feeling that only A #Human can give. 

 

It's not less than saving anyone’s life on death bed or even saving someone from court , its not about saving , #working in events is more of giving #JOY to all. No One will find a failure in #events, you may find some #loopholes but failures .. na absolutely not 

 

Sometimes #Event #Manager doesn’t even gets #Noticed neither by #organiser nor by #guest , but he keeps on doing his #job #sincerely , #selflessly. There are so many things which is not included in #MOU or #Letter of #agreement , but still he does everything as he is trained in saying #NO on event days. 

 

There may be #upsets , may be #disagreements , may be #less #payoff , may be NO #recognition , may be no output . But only thing which remains is the strong #commitment of #Weddingplanner or #EventManager
