Event manager - A  professional   Entrepreneur  Or mere just a an event manager    It  has observed that  few dialogues like  event managers are passionate .. they work with dedication & determination ..  that ’ s true . . but are they entrepreneurs ?  NO  ..  T hey get stuck with the words like passionate , dedicated , dev o ted , determined , hard worker etc .. after serving more than 25 years in business I can vouch that event managers has be  an  entrepreneur  rather they needs to be  businessman ..    Unless they don ’ t explore the possibility of  evententreprenuer or  event business  they will keep on struggling with day to day activities.    Let ’ s  explore what is difference between Sole  proprietor , Entrepreneur & Business    Sole propritor  - He believes everything he will do with himself .. it will be a big failure if he don ’ ...

What happens behind the scene when you see a beautiful picture on camera & font stage ?     Can anyone imagine a restless & sleepless nights ?  A huge handwork right from lifting heavy chandeliers to a delegate cushion sofa ? Making / changing rooming list at the last moment ?  Giving reminders for vendors working late night ?  Managing Team reaching on time !
