Event manager - A  professional   Entrepreneur  Or mere just a an event manager    It  has observed that  few dialogues like  event managers are passionate .. they work with dedication & determination ..  that ’ s true . . but are they entrepreneurs ?  NO  ..  T hey get stuck with the words like passionate , dedicated , dev o ted , determined , hard worker etc .. after serving more than 25 years in business I can vouch that event managers has be  an  entrepreneur  rather they needs to be  businessman ..    Unless they don ’ t explore the possibility of  evententreprenuer or  event business  they will keep on struggling with day to day activities.    Let ’ s  explore what is difference between Sole  proprietor , Entrepreneur & Business    Sole propritor  - He believes everything he will do with himself .. it will be a big failure if he don ’ ...

सध्या सोशल मीडिया वर रिसॉर्ट मधील लग्न आणि त्यावर होणार वारेमाप खर्च यावर खूप टीका टिप्पणी होत आहे .. एक इव्हेंट व्यावसायिक म्हणून आणि वेडिंग प्लॅनर म्हणून काही गोष्टी निदर्शनास आणून द्यायचा हा मानस .  सर्वप्रथम असल्या पोष्टी फक्त मराठी भाषेतील काही विशिष्ट लोकांनी पसरविले आहे .. सर्वप्रथम वेळेच्या गरजेनुसार पहिल्यापासून विवाह समारंभ छान व्हावा असे सर्वाना वाटते .. मराठी लोकं पहिले नौकरी मध्ये असल्यामुळे त्यांचं एक सर्कल मर्यादित होतं .. मला आठवतं मी लहान ६ वि किंवा ७ वित असताना आमच्या कॉलनी मधील एक अ मराठी समाजातील लग्न औरंगबाद अशोक हॉटेल मध्ये होतं .. आई बाबांनी दटावले होता फार हपापल्या सारखं खायचं आणि वागायचं   नाही .. पहिले मराठी समाजातील विवाह सुद्धा मर्यादित असायचे .. पहिले मल्होत्रा , सिंघानिया , जैन असे नावं आपल्यायाला चित्रपटात सुद्धा ऐकायला मिळायचे .. हम आपके है कौन या चित्रपटात १९९४ - १९९५ साली आपण लग्न कसा असावा हे पाहिलं आणि सगळ्यांनी...

Few days before there was a sales call with one of my client .. the client was well educated , well established & from well to do family  I reached on DOT time & the family appreciated.. the discussion started .. the concept is very clear is all about #Weddingplanning .. the key point started is all about Fees  One of the family member started sharing about they do this & they do that .. & bla bla bla  After doing almost 400+ weddings & having the brightest review in town ..
