EVENT MANAGERS ! DONT UNDER SALE YOURSELF

DEAR COLLEGUES 
 
Now #Covid19 Scenario may be here with us for some more time , vaccine may come soon. Nobody has any idea abouit such things. During thsi entire period i have noticed one prominent thing which needs to be address on uregent basis. Event managers Those who makes fictions in to reality are UNDER SELLING .. ! 
 
i know it has badly impacted .. since march , april , may & now june .. 4 month has gone, there are liabilities, right from office & home rent , emi , bills, daily expenses , staff salary & what not. you must be surprised to read this & may be thinking that Rahul must be a landlord. But my dear collegues i m also in the same boat .. the time is not about selling you under your own capabilities .. ! infact time to explore new possibilities .. new things are never new for event managers as i keep on sayng “ Event management ka janam hi innovation se hua hai” 
 
i was surprised to see wedding packages are sold at 31,000/- ? what rubbish ? this is the future we are considering ? this is what we became event manager ? this is what we are up to ? this will be the trend in coming season. 
 
what i did is i have decided to use my exsiting resurces & utilise them for generating smaller income by providing our expertise of designiing & developeing, many of them has turbned for selling covid safty acessories , many of them turned for distriubutor & deals for many equipement .. its OK .. fine .. 
 
rest assured whatever you aree doing do it .. but dont EVER Undersale yourself in the market .. this will be troublsum for you & your ortganisation & even may be for event industry ..  when everything will be normal & people will ask you what about that packagfe of 31,000/- ! what answer do you have .. ?    .. BE A VISIONERY .. dont play smaller games .. & shorter games ..
